Dear Dr. Chun-Wei Lin,

Happy New Year from Thailand! I hope this email finds you well. My name is Cheryl, and I am assisting our Regional Director, Janice Leong, in following up with Asia University.

Our records show that you have shown interest in sending students to the University Scholars Leadership Symposium, this year in its 9^th edition, and held at the United Nations, Bangkok. I am following up with you to see if you have had time to look over our invitation to nominate 15 of your most outstanding students to attend this year’s conference. If nominating is not a possibility, we would appreciate if you could circulate the opportunity to your students so that they may contact me directly if they are interested!

We are currently reserving 15 places for students nominated by Asia University. Please kindly update me as to whether your students are interested by 25^th Feb 2018.

We hope to see your students at the United Nations this August! Thank you.
